Spain: Bullfights return to Catalonia on bullranches.

Bullfights return to Catalonia. Parlament of Catalonia has accepted bullfights without death of the bull on bullranches. Catalonia has bullranches on Delta del Ebro region. Catalonia´s Agricultural Commission asked Generalitat to regulate bullfight in Catalonia with urgency.
