Spain: referendum proposal on bullfight rejected in Alicante town hall plenary session.

Alicante town hall plenary session has rejected Izquierda Unida´s proposal of popular referendum on bullfight in Alicante. Partido Popular (PP), Partido Socialista Obrero Español (PSOE) and Partido Unión Progreso y Democracía (UPyD) rejected the proposal.
