Spain: Intangible cultural heritage law approved

Spanish congress has approved intangible cultural heritage law which also applies to bullfight. Catalan CiU and Basque Country PNV parties were critical to the law because they consider the law invades autonomical mandates and because the law applies to lifting the bullfight ban in Cataluña. Bullfights are permitted in Basque Country.
