Town of Olot does not give permission to celebrate a bullfight in the town bullring. The town consistory has alleged the anti-bullfighting character of the municipality based on town cuncil agreement. Constitutional Court sentence and the most recent one of the court of Alicante indicate the obligation of the public powers to respect and promote bullfight as it is recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage.
