New rules for bullfighting in Basque Country after the third phase of  the coronavirus crisis have been published. Bullfights may be held as long as the audience has pre-arranged seating, the number of spectators does not exceed 60% of the permitted spectator capacity, and in any case a maximum of 1000 spectators in the arena seats.

Spain: Bullfighting is allowed to continue in Spain during phase 2 of the coronavirus quarentine

Bullfighting is allowed to continue in Spain during phase 2 of the coronavirus quarentine. The bullring may have a maximum of 1/3 of the spectator capacity, but never more than 400 spectators. On the third phase of the coronavirus crisis, 50% of the arena's spectator capacity may be full, but never more than 800 spectators.
